RETURNS POLICY

At Contour Haus Skin and Body, we are committed to providing the highest quality skincare and service.

 

Please choose carefully when purchasing skincare products, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind.

 

This policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which protects consumers while allowing small businesses to set clear hygiene-based restrictions on returns.

 

 

Change of Mind

 

Due to strict hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used skincare products.

 

Please ensure you have chosen the right product for your skin before purchasing. If you need guidance, we’re happy to offer a complimentary skin consultation before purchase.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Products

 

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if your item:

 

  • Is faulty or defective

 

  • Is damaged in transit

 

  • Does not match the product description or order

 

If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

 

  • Your order number

 

  • A photo of the item and packaging

 

  • A brief description of the issue

 

We’ll assess your claim and resolve it as quickly as possible.

 

 

How to Request a Return (for eligible cases only)

 

Please email Contourhausskinandbody@gmail.com with your order details and supporting photos.

 

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

 

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for us to process a refund or replacement.

 

 

Shipping Costs

 

Return shipping costs (for faulty items only) will be covered by us.

 

If you return an item that does not qualify for a refund under the ACL, you will be responsible for any associated shipping costs.

 

No Refunds on Treatments or Deposits

 

  • All HIFU and studio services are non-refundable once performed.

 

  • Booking deposits are subject to our Booking Deposit Terms & Conditions.
