Terms and Conditions
Booking Deposit Terms & Conditions
Deposit Amount & Purpose
• A deposit of 30% of the total service fee is required to secure your appointment at Contour Haus Skin and Body, located at 375 Hay Street, Perth WA.
• The deposit confirms the date/time and reserves your treatment slot.
• The remaining balance is payable on the day of your treatment (unless stated otherwise).
Acknowledgement of Terms
By paying the deposit you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions and our Service Agreement. You understand that the deposit is required before the service is performed.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
• If you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled time, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied as credit towards a rescheduled booking (your choice).
• If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, or fail to attend (“no-show”), the deposit is non-refundable.
• If you reschedule with at least 48 hours notice, your deposit may be applied to the new appointment date (subject to availability).
Changes by Us
If Contour Haus Skin and Body needs to reschedule your appointment (due to unexpected illness, equipment failure, etc), we will notify you as soon as possible. You will be offered the choice of a new appointment date or a full refund of your deposit.
Refunds
• Refunds or adjustments of the deposit will be processed within 2 days after the rescheduling or cancellation is finalised.
• Except where required by law (e.g., the service cannot be provided or is not fit for purpose), the deposit will not be refunded if you cancel late or no-show.
• These Terms do not exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (for example, if the service is not provided with due care and skill or not fit for purpose). See our full Service Agreement for consumer rights.
Service Guarantee
We guarantee to provide our HIFU treatments with due care and skill, consistent with our advertising and the Service Agreement. If we cannot deliver the service agreed (for example due to technical fault or unavailability), you will be offered a refund or alternative appointment.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be dealt with under the Australian Consumer Law and the laws of WA.
